Merry Christmas
Alex and I wrote a new song together during Christmas break 2019 and recorded her voice while suffering a cold in one session as she was heading back to Austin the next day. Jackie was complaining about how every year the radio plays the same Christmas songs over and over and over. So, as our gift to her, we thought we would collaborate and come up with a new song for her. In fact, it's written from her point of view, following her long hard year in Paris at Le Cordon Bleu.
